2. Data we collect

Depending on how you use the service, we may process your contact details, account information, professional profile, CV, skills, experience, mission preferences, applications, messages, billing details, technical logs and identifiers supplied by third-party sign-in services.

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Account creation, matching, applications and introductions: performance of a contract.
  • Security, fraud prevention and service improvement: legitimate interests.
  • Accounting, tax and lawful requests: legal obligations.
  • Audience measurement, advertising and non-essential communications: consent where required.

Matching tools may analyse the professional information you provide. No profile is automatically rejected without human involvement.

4. Retention

Account data is retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the periods needed to manage claims and comply with legal obligations. Deletion requests are handled promptly unless the law requires continued retention. Cookie choices are retained for no longer than six months before consent is requested again.

5. Recipients and international transfers

Data is available to authorised BIZME SARL staff and, strictly as needed, to providers of hosting, authentication, email, analytics and artificial intelligence services. Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, appropriate safeguards are used, including the European Commission's standard contractual clauses where required.

Under the GDPR, you may have the following rights:
